Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, start by checking your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card issuer and your bank, as processing times vary before a refund officially posts. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your funds, please contact our support team.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please note that because our cookware is crafted by hand, items may occasionally feature very minor blemishes; these are normal and will not affect the cooking performance of your cookware.

Price Match Policy

Cookware Infinity does not offer price matching on free promotional deals, nor do we match prices from third-party sellers or external retailers.

Pricing and sales on cookwareinfinity.com are subject to change. We offer a 14-day price match guarantee exclusively for purchases made on our website. If an item you bought decreases in price on our site within 14 days of your purchase, we will refund you the difference.
